When is the best time to take probiotics?

For our probiotics, we generally recommend taking them around 20-30 minutes before a meal or at night before bedtime. At these times, the acid levels in the stomach are relatively low which helps ensure probiotic survival. Don’t worry if you consume them at a different time, as our delayed release capsules are designed to provide maximum benefit.

The most important thing is sticking with a routine that allows you to take your probiotics consistently each day.

Do BioEmblem's probiotics need to be refrigerated?

All of our probiotic strains are shelf stable, meaning you don’t need to put your bottle in the refrigerator if you don’t want to. To prolong shelf-life, store your bottle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

What kind of testing do you do? Is this made in an FDA approved facility?

Every batch of our products undergoes 4 stages of testing during production to ensure
that they meet exact specifications and are safe.

How long will it take to start seeing results?
