Where are BioEmblem’s products made?

Why does BioEmblem focus on sustainability?

BioEmblem strives to make the smallest footprint possible without compromising the integrity of our supplements. We choose suppliers that are fair-trade certified and xyz.

Does BioEmblem offer samples?

While we don’t currently offer single serving samples of our other products.

I can’t find the product I want.

Unfortunately, since we source only the highest quality ingredients, it takes some time to find the right source for all our products. If you’re interested in being the first to know when a certain product will be in-stock please email us at info@bioemblem.com.hk and we’ll let you know when it’s available. 

What method of payment can I use? 

We can only process Amex, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You must be the credit card's cardholder/payment account holder for purchase.

My order never arrived.

We’re so sorry about that! Please email us your order number to info@bioemblem.com.hk. We will track your order and send a replacement if we see any issues.

When will I receive my order?

After placing the order (excluding the day of order), under normal circumstances, the package will be delivered to SF Express within 3-5 working days, and SF Express will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time.
If there are non-commercial and industrial areas or remote areas in Hong Kong, surcharges will be charged, please pay to SF Express.
The shipping fee only includes the courier fee for the first delivery of the order, if the first delivery is unsuccessful, you may need to arrange a second delivery, and the courier fee for the second delivery must be paid by the customers.
Delivery time is Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00.
If there are more orders during holidays or force majeure, the shipment may be delayed.

My product arrived broken or in poor shape.

Please send us an email at info@bioemblem.com.hk. Include your order number and a description of what happened (photos help, too!). We’ll send out another shipment to you right away.
